Azadi Airport

Azadi airport project started in 1998 as an assertive endeavor to:

	Expand aviation culture
	Deliver aviation services to private sector
	Providing training for the aviation industry
	Establish manufacturing plants and infrastructure for AII’s projects and products
	Demonstrate  AII’s products capabilities and performance
	Provide means for private sector to operate light aircrafts either for training or recreational purpose

Azadi airport coveres an area of 75 hectares with an extension of another 75 hectares.

Necessary facilities such as paved runway , well equipped control tower, ground safety equipment , offices , different size hangers are provided for:

1- Aircraft maintenance .

2- Production and manufacturing of aircrafts.

3- Flight training .

4- Aviation cultivation to train market required manpower .

5- Recreational activities .
