Taftan
Airline to be Active
In the honor of the
glorious day of
Bahman 22nd
(February 10th ),
the Taftan Airline
initiated its
activity in a flight
from Zahedan airport
to Mashhad.
The Vali-e-Faghih
representative in
Sistan-o-Baluchestan
province, Abbas Ali
Suleimani, uttered
in this regard: "The
airline and airport
communications in
this province will
expand as a result
of initiating the
flights of the
Taftan Airline."
Hussein Amini, an
authority of the
airport said: "this
province with five
airports in its
cities is one of the
premierships in the
country".
"Besides, there have
been considerable
developments in road
transit and the
expansion of the
related Amanda,"
said he.
Among the future
plans of the Taftan
Air is the
absorption of
private investment.
The head of the
Board of the
Mangers, Alireza
SamadZadeh added
that this airline
has invested 30
billion Rls.
"Taftan Airline is
the only one who had
started its activity
by purchasing two
Fokker airplanes and
in the near future
two other airplanes
will be purchased
from Airbus," added
SamadZadeh.
According to the
reports the flights
will be both to
inside and outside
of the country to
Kerman, Yazd,
Southern Khorasan,
Razavi and Hormozgan
as well as
Afghanistan,
Pakistan, Imarets
and Oman.
Finally it was
mentioned that they
had bought the two
airplanes for seven
million dollars and
the capital of the
company will
increase during its
later activities.
